Omokunbi Adeoti, (MBA, MCIPM, ANITAD, GPHR, SPHRi, SHRM-SCP). Chief People Experience Officer at Leadway Group

Omokunbi Adeoti is a Strategic HR leader brings over 20 years of transforming the human resources function for various organizations ranging from start-ups to big conglomerate across various industries in Sub-Sharan Africa. Currently, she is the Chief People Experience Officer at Leadway Group, responsible for Leadway Assurance, Leadway Hotels, Leadway Capital & Trusts, Leadway Asset Management, Leadway Properties, Leadway Vie, Leadway IARD, Anakara Services in Côte d’Ivoire , Leadway Health and oversight of Leadway Pensions. She is also responsible for Customer experience across all the entities. Before joining Leadway, she has had the opportunity to work with various organizations in different capacities, which include – Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria, Alcatel-Lucent Nigeria and Airtel Networks Nigeria/Zain Nigeria amongst others. She is a Licensed HR practitioner, Member of Chartered institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM) and serves in various capacities both at the State and National levels.

Pete Omotosho is an experienced Agile Coach, Trainer, and Consultant who understands the complex challenges facing contemporary organisations. He works with enterprises to co-create change and brings the best of Agile and Lean methods to clients. Pete has over 20 years of proven professional experience in Energy, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Financial Services, Education, Government, Consulting, and Not-For-Profit sectors. Pete is passionate about mentoring, coaching, and working with new and existing agile teams, growing teams to maturity, and liaising with non-agile domains within enterprises in order to embrace agile processes. Pete is the founder of Pete Lauren Consulting and he is a vibrant member of the Agile community both in Australia and Africa as a whole.

Juliet Inyang, People and Culture Manager, Nigeria and Ghana at TechnipFMC

Juliet is a resourceful HR Generalist with over 14 years’ experience in the Human Resources function of moderate to advanced complexity in Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Compensation Administration, Compliance Local Content, Sustainability and I &D. Her career experience spans across Consulting, Food and Beverages, and the Oil and Gas Industries. She holds a BSC in Economics and an MSc program in Human Resources Management at the Robert Gordon University. Juliet holds other HR certifications and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in Nigeria (CIPMN), Chartered Institute of Personnel Development UK (CIPD), and Professional in Human Resources, International (PHRi).

Toye is a business strategists, digital transformation architect and certified project management professional with over ten years proven experience leading teams at different levels to plan and execute complex projects and programs that have delivered significant business value to clients across Education, Aviation, Power, Finance and e-Government sectors in Nigeria and Ghana. He had is Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from OAU Ile-Ife, and a Post-Graduate Degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from University of Texas at Austin (McCombs School of Business).

Tokunbo is an experienced Technology Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. Skilled in System Deployment, Project Plans, Agile Methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Software Development. He is a strong business development professional and he led the Konga Engineering Team ranked as one of the most innovative in Africa. Some of his previous roles include; CIO at Konga, Program Manager at Google, Project Manager at IBM and other technology and business roles at Royal Holloway University of London, British Sky Broadcasting, and MTN Nigeria. Dr. Mohamed Al-Temnah CEO / Chairman APEX Dubai

Dr. Al-Temnah is a graduate of B.Sc. in Mechanical (Power) Engineering with specialization in the field of Power. He is currently Managing Director and Business Consultant of APEX Company, based in Dubai Academic City, Dubai, UAE. Apart from this, he also works as a Freelance Consultant for various companies in the Middle East and Afro-Asian Countries. A pragmatic consultant and mechanical engineer and ASME Authorized Global Instructor and Competency Workplace Assessor with International Experience in Industrial Enterprises Strategies. Also, he got his master’s degree in industrial management and his PhD in Organizational & Industrial Psychology.
With over 38 years’ experience in Power & Water utility industries and Oil & Gas in Middle East Countries, Dr Al-Temnah acts as Technical Advisor to many Industrial Organizations.

Toye Soladoye, Chief Technology Officer, Union Bank, Nigeria

Toye Soladoye is a multidisciplinary business and technology leader with over 2 decades of cross industry experience spanning Telecommunications, Financial Services, InfoTech and Advisory. He holds an Engineering degree from the Nigerian premier University of Ibadan, an MBA from Warwick Business School and bouquet of IT Certifications. He was also a multiple scholar both in High School and University, He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Union Bank, a leading Nigerian Bank.
