Projects are one-off pieces of work that are completed within a fixed timescale. They are undertaken to create unique products and services. They usually contain a great deal of risk, uncertainty, and complexity that needs to be managed. Projects are necessary for there to be developed in any business.   • How to set up projects and manage them successfully to completion.
  • How to identify key success factors for project success while managing the triple constraint.
  • Key project management tools and techniques to deliver on project objectives

This program is designed for persons new to project management, persons that already manage projects that may not already have specific training in project management and persons in middle or senior management. The course is designed to enable participants gain skills to manage projects for growth.
